Salad Croissants
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups cubed cooked turkey
- 1 cup cubed Swiss Cheese
- 1/2 cup dill pickle relish
- 2/3 cup Miracle Whip
- 1 tbls. parsley
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- Lettuce leaves
- 6 croissants, split

Method: In a
bowl combine turkey, cheese and pickle relish. Combine Miracle Whip, parsley, lemon
juice, seasoned salt and pepper Add to turkey mixture, mix well. Place lettuce
leaf on each croissant and top with about 1/2 cup of the turkey mixture. |
