Turkey Sandwich Filling

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup cooked turkey (finely chopped or ground)
  • 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup pickle relish
  • Salt
  • pepper
 Method:

Combine ingredients.  Makes 1 1/2 cups filling or 6 sandwiches (or makes 12 open face sandwiches).
