"Rainbow
Turkey Pasta"
(Entree)
Ingredients:
2 1/2 Cup tri-colored rotini pasta, cooked and drained
2 Cups Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, cubed
1/2 Cup Onion , thinly sliced
1/4 Cup Celery , thinly sliced
1/4 Cup Parsley, chopped
1 Tablespoon Oil
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Mayonnnaise
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine pasta, Norbest turkey, onions, celery, parsley, oil,
lemon juice, and mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours or
over night. Serve on a lettuce leaf.Serving size:
1 Cup, Serves 4 people
