Directions:
1. Prepare Charcoal grill and spray.
2. Combine turkey, Worcestershire and 2 eggs.
3. Divide turkey into 8 Burgers.
Sauce:
1. Heat tomato sauce, 2 tsp of Creole Seasoning and garlic
2. Cook 5 minutes or until most of the liquid has
evaporated.To Serve :
Place Burgers on bottom half of each bun and drizzle 2 Tablespoons of sauce over
Burger and top with other half of bun.
May add cheese, onion, pickles, As desired.
Serve with hot Cajun Torilla Chips.
