Directions:
Put turkey in a large mixing bowl. Combine water and onion flakes and let soften.
Then combine and mix into the turkey. Add egg, sage, dillweed and salt & pepper. Mix
well. Crumble a fresh slice of bread into tiny crumbs. Stir into turkey mix.
Lay out the strips of bacon side by side. Form the tukey into a log shape on the center of
the bacon strips. Fold bacon around the log and secure it with toothpicks. Cut between
bacon strips and flatten patties.Place on a well greased broiler pan. Broil for 7-10
minutes per side or until meat is well done.
