Directions:
1. Saute' the turkey pieces in the oil until lightly brown
2. Add the garlic powder and the vegtables
3. Stir-fry about 3-4 minutes
4. Add the bouillon, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, ginger, and
the pineapple with all the juice
5. Bring to a boil
6. Cover, remove from heat and allow to stand about 5
minutes
7. Stir before servingServing Suggestions:
- Garnish with green pepper rings
- Serve with fortune cookies
- Serve over rice of Chinese noodles
