"Sweet and Sour Turkey"
(Entree)

Ingredients:
  2 C. Cubed  Turkey
  2 Teaspoons Oil
  1 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  1 Cup Green Pepper Strips
  1 Cup Chicken Bouillon
  4 Tablespoons Soy or Teriyaki Sauce
  2 Tablespoons Vinegar or Lemon Juice
  1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  1/2 Teaspoon Ginger 
  1 8-oz. Can Pineapple Chunks in Juice

 Directions:
  1.  Saute' the turkey pieces in the oil until lightly brown
  2.  Add the garlic powder and the vegtables
  3.  Stir-fry about 3-4 minutes
  4.  Add the bouillon, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, ginger, and
       the pineapple with all the juice
  5.  Bring to a boil
  6.  Cover, remove from heat and allow to stand about 5
        minutes
  7.  Stir before serving

Serving Suggestions:
    -
Garnish with green pepper rings
    - Serve with fortune cookies
    - Serve over rice of Chinese noodles
