Easy Mexican Turkey Dish

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bag corn chips
  • 2-3 cups diced cooked turkey
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • Green pepper, chopped
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded
 Method:

In 9x13 pan, layer corn chips on bottom, then turkey.  Mix soup and sour cream and spread over turkey.  Layer green pepper and black olives on top with cheese.  May layer twice if desired.  Bake 1 hour at 350°
