Ranch Turkey

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Tbls margarine
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 can diced green chiles
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2/3 cup chicken or turkey broth
  • 2 cupsC diced cooked turkey
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pkg. flour tortillas (10 oz.)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
 Method:

Sauté onion in margarine until tender.  Add mushrooms, chiles, soup, broth and turkey.  Add sour cream.  In large buttered casserole, layer 1/2 of the tortillas, soup mixture and cheese.  Repeat, ending with the cheese on top.   Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.  Let stand for about 10 minutes before serving.   Can be baked in 9x13 pan..
