Turkey Tenderloin Supreme
(ready in 45 minutes or less)
INGREDIENTS
- 6 turkey breast tenderloin slices
- 1 tbls butter or margarine
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
Method:
In a large skillet, brown turkey in butter. Add onions, cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
Combine soup and water, pour over turkey. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover
and simmer until meat juices run clear. Add cheese and heat until cheese melts. |
