Turkey Tenderloin Supreme
(ready in 45 minutes or less)

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 turkey breast tenderloin slices
  • 1 tbls butter or margarine
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
 Method:

In a large skillet, brown turkey in butter.  Add onions, cook for 1 to 2 minutes.   Combine soup and water, pour over turkey.  Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until meat juices run clear.  Add cheese and heat until cheese melts.
