Ham Balls in Brown Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground pork
  • 1 lb. ground turkey ham
  • 2 cups bread or cracker crumbs
  • 2 egs, well beaten
  • 1 cup milk or 1 cup evaporated milk

Combine and form into small balls; place in baking pan.

Sauce:
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (8 oz.)

Combine and heat until sugar dissolves.  Pour over meatballs.  Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour

OR:

Mix 1 can tomato soup with 1/2 cup water and pour over meatballs.  Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
