Quick Turkey Crunch Hotdish

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups diced cooked turkey
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tbls chopped onion
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 3/4 cup diced celery
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • Chowmein noodles
METHOD:

Mix together turkey, eggs, mushrooms, celery and onion.  Stir soup and mayonnaise together and mix into rest of ingredients.  Turn into casserole and sprinkle with noodles.  Bake at 350° degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
