"Cajun Style Turkey BBQ Wrap"
(Wraps/Sandwiches)
First Place Wraps/Sandwiches for 2000

Ingredients:
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 cups cooked turkey breast (cut into bite-size pieces)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 medium green bell pepper (chopped)
1 medium red bell pepper (chopped)
1/2 cup cajun barbeque sauce
6 flour tortillas
2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
1 cup cheddar cheese

Preparation:
1.  Saute' cooked turkey breast in vegetable oil.  Add amounts of black pepper, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder at this time.  The chopped red and green peppers should also be added.  Cook until the turkey is heated through and peppers are soft.

2.  When turkey and peppers are ready, add cajun barebque sauce.   Stir constantly over medium heat until sauce is thoroughly heated.

3.  Then take a tortilla and add 1/3 cup of the turkey mixture, taking care to leave space around the edges for folding.  Top with cheese and lettuce; fold and enjoy.  The wrap may be cut in half and served on a lettuce leaf with sour cream and garnished with black olives.

Serving Size:  1 wrap sandwich serves about 6 people.
