Chinese Turkey and Wild Rice

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup cubed cooked turkey
  • 1 1/2 cup cooked, wild rice
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • Some chopped onions
  • 1 5oz can water chestnuts, cut up
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 can water
Method

1. Mix all together.   Place in buttered casserole and top with layer of bread crumbs.  Bake one hour at 350° degrees.
