"White Turkey
Chili"
(Entree)
Ingredients:
4 Cups CookedTurkey Breast, cubed
3 Cans Great White Northern Beans
2 Cans Rotel Tomatoes
1 14 1/2 oz. Can Chicken Broth
1 24 oz. Sour Cream
3 Cups Monterey Jack Cheese(shredded)
1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Oregano
2 Teapsoon Cummin
3 Garlic Cloves
1 Onion
1 Tablespoon Oil
Saute garlic and onion in oil. Add broth, turkey, beans, rotel, chiles, and spices. Mix together. Add sour cream, simmer for approx. 30 minutes.
