Lemon Garlic Turkey
INGREDIENTS
- 14-16 lb. turkey
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbls. garlic juice
- 2 tbls. tabasco sauce
Mix ingredients together, inject 1/2 of mixture into the turkey with a long needle. Pour remaining 1/2 into the turkey cavity. (injection of entire recipe into the turkey may be too strong.)
