![]() Cheesy Turkey Chowder INGREDIENTS
Cook vegetables separately in 4 tbls. margarine, until tender. Heat milk and broth, add chicken base. Make paste of the flour and a small amount milk, add to heated milk and broth, cook until slightly thickened (about 1 minute). Add salt, pepper, vegetables, cooked turkey and cheese to heated broth and milk mixture. Heat until cheese melts, but do not boil. | ||||
