Delights" Ingredients: 1. Saute turkey, mushrooms and onions in oil until turkey is cooked and onion is tender. 2. Break turkey into small pieces. 3. Add pistachios, oregano, salt, pepper. Mix well. 4. Roll each sheet of pastry to 16 by 12-inches; cut into 12 squares (4 by 4 inches each). 5. Place about 1 rounded tablespoon filling on one side of pastry square. 6. Moisten edges with water. 7. Fold in half to enclose filling; press firmly with fork to seal. 8. Place on baking sheet. 9. Bake at 400 degrees fahrenheit for 20 to 25 minutes. Cooking
