The winning recipes win cash prizes for their home economics class and get their first
place recipes published on this website.
1. All high school home economics classes are eligible to participate.
2. Top three recipes in each category will receive a prize
Please pick one category per class.
1) Appetizers; 2) Entrees; 3) Wraps/Sandwiches.
3. Recipes should include:
Menu item title
Ingredients in order of use
Serving Size
Step-by-step preparation
Serving instruction
4. Entries should include:
Student's name
School name, address, and phone number
Teacher's name
5. Entries will be judged on taste, creative use of turkey, ease of
preparation, and visual appeal. Turkey must be the
main
ingredient!
6. Monetary prizes will be sent to the winning home economics class
to use as they wish. Prizes are: first place -
$300; second
place - $200; third place - $100.
7. Contest deadline is March 21.
